Items for Sale

Before submitting your listing, please review the following documents:

  • TradePost VAT Policy

To advertise your equipment on TradePost, please provide the following information:

  1. Advertiser’s first name
  2. Advertiser’s surname
  3. Contact telephone number (including international dialling code)
  4. Detailed description of the item
  5. Make and model (where applicable)
  6. Condition of the item (e.g. new, reconditioned, or used in good working condition)
  7. Delivery period (where applicable)
  8. Operating hours or kilometres (where applicable)
  9. Year model (where applicable)
  10. Item location (country, or if within South Africa, the province where the item can be viewed)
  11. Photographs in JPEG format. Please ensure that each photograph clearly matches its corresponding item description. If submitting multiple items, send separate WhatsApp messages for each item or item type, including the relevant photographs and description.
  12. Selling price, including TradePost’s commission. Commission is calculated at your selling price × 1.05263, subject to a minimum TradePost commission of R1,000 per transaction. Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude VAT, transport, and delivery costs.
