By accepting and using this information, both parties acknowledge TradePost’s role in the referral process and agree to the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inform one another that the introduction was made through TradePost and provide TradePost with feedback regarding any resulting transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inform TradePost of any payments made in connection with transactions resulting from a TradePost referral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not share or disclose any contact details or information provided by TradePost with any third party without prior written consent from TradePost. Any breach of this condition may result in liability for compensation owed to TradePost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where TradePost has introduced the buyer and seller, both parties acknowledge that TradePost remains entitled to compensation for any further business conducted between the parties arising from the original introduction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
